EMPLOYEES
We offer various employment arrangements,
These include:

  • Full-time salaried positions
  • Full-time hourly positions
  • Part-time hourly positions
  • Temporary positions

We have been known to be somewhat flexible about employment arrangements. We take applicant preference and availability into account whenever this is feasible.

While some employees can do some work remotely, unless otherwise specified, all employee positions require on-site work our Kutztown, PA office.

CONTRACTORS/FREELANCERS
We keep a comprehensive database of contractors and freelancers to work on special projects.  You do not need to live in the area to apply, but you must be able to grasp the project specs and objectives quickly, communicate responsively with a variety of personalities, accept multiple revisions, and and exhibit a lot of grace under some intense deadline pressure.

Please include your project/hourly rates and note your area of specialization when you submit your application.

INTERNSHIP
Internships allow us to invest in promising college students. Internships are unpaid, but they are also highly competitive.  We accept 2-4 interns each year if we believe that they have the potential to be become paid team members upon graduation.

Internship Eligibility:
To intern with us, you must be:

  • A currently-enrolled college Senior in good academic standing.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for one semester without pay.
  • Under an agreement with your school to earn college credit through your internship hours.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Passionate about your field.

College graduates are not eligible for internships.

Medical Insurance:  If you are a full-time employee, fully paid medical, dental and vision coverage is provided, free of charge to you and your eligible dependents through a preferred provider organization (PPO).

Retirement Plan:  After one year of full time service, you will become eligible for our retirement plan which lets you save any percentage of your pay in pre-tax dollars.  Sposto Productions will match a portion of your IRA savings dollar for dollar.

PTO/Flex Hours & Overtime:  Salaried employees receive a generous Paid Time Off allowance, hourly employees receive flextime and overtime pay after 40 hours per week.

PROCESS/PRIVACY

Owners/Managers review all applications within 7 days of receipt, and every application remains in our database for a 6-month period. Beyond the permission you authorize in the application allowing us to verify the information you provide, (such as prior dates of employment, and degrees earned) we do not share your information with any third party or with staff members who are not directly involved in hiring or personnel administration.

When a position opens, we refer to our existing applicant database before we begin recruiting new applicants.
